Student Associate Program

We are looking for innovative, talented, and energetic individuals to join our team. We have outstanding opportunities for those who thrive in a fast-paced, intense, and creative environment. We are interested in hearing about your talents and experiences. Our Student Associate Program is a hands-on opportunity for enrolled college students to build their work experience and learn the behind-the-scenes operations of TFA and the fashion industry. Over the 10-week program, student associates will participate in all aspects of the agency exposing them to the many facets of the fashion industry. Applicant placement is based on interest, experience, academic achievement, creative expertise and TFA’s business needs. All positions are located at the New York City office. To qualify for the Internship Program, students must be enrolled in an accredited community or undergraduate college or university (majors: Fashion Design, Merchandising, Textiles, PR, Marketing, Communications, Leadership Development, English, Film, Journalism, Business Management) and a rising junior, senior or a recent graduate.

Although all recruitment is done on a rolling basis, below is a guideline for students to follow:
